Sapphire Dispense Tips and Nozzles Sapphire and ruby tips - nozzles and orifices for sampling, dispensing or accurate repeatable flows of both gas and liquid. These micro orifices come in ranges from 10 microns and up. Sapphire and ruby is practically chemically inert with zero porosity. This material has five times the abrasion resistance of carbide, and comes in many standard sizes and custom fabrications. Pictured are stainless steel, capillary mountings, and various fittings.
