Bird Press-In inserts are easy to install into a wide variety of applications. Insertion into manifolds, valves and customer supplied hardware are routine. These inserts are available with our complete line of orifices from .0004" thru .081" with or without stainless steel filters.
Threaded Orifice Inserts are available in a wide variety of precision threads. Common sizes available are: 6-32, 10-32, 5/16-24, 12-24, 1/16-27 NPT and 1/8-27 NPT. Other thread sizes to choose from range from 2-80 straight through 1/4 NPT. Threads are available in brass or stainless steel. NPTs make excellent high wear nozzles for hydraulics and high-pressure applications. Brass threaded orifices are finding use in many deep bore applications and cylinder mount orifice designs. These inserts are available in our complete line of orifices from .0004" thru .081" with or without stainless steel filters.
Bird seal barb inserts are perfect for both inboard and outboard mounting into plastic molded components. They can be directly mounted into valves or manifolds. These inserts are available with our complete line of orifices from .00029" thru .081" with or without stainless steel filters.
